Alice Turner is a Motion Graphics Designer and Digital Artist based in Canterbury, United Kingdom. She provides animations, finished illustrations and development art, specializing in scientific educational and illustration graphics. She currently works at (MHRA) the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency where she designs both animated and static graphic content (infographics) for promotional collateral and public awareness campaigns. In addition to this she also provides graphics art on a freelance basis for the events and exhibition industries, and she develops digital content for attractions and museums. She has previously worked in the advertising, game development, film industries and product design. Her two consuming passions are fantasy subjects and natural history; she tries to cross-pollinate between the two wherever she can, to bring narrative and drama into her natural history illustrations and ground her fantasy work in realism for a believable and gritty finish. She was primarily environment artist and worked on game titles online. She later on worked on Android and iOS platforms. Alice also produced incidental animations and character designs. Her skills include Adobe After Effects, Acrylics, Adobe Flash, Adobe Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Blender 3D, Anatomical Drawing, Illustration, Drawing, Palaeoart and Painting. While working with HKD Ltd as a freelance Concept artist, she produced concept visuals for many exhibits involving dinosaur as a component of an exhibition for the Singapore Museum of Art & Science. Alice had also worked with The Natural History Museum, London as a Digital Restoration Artist. While here, she assisted in the digital restoration of field sketches and burial plans from the archives of 'Roche.'
